Maggie’s Cookbook

Maggie Angus, Monica Prahinski’s mother, gave me two Campbell cookbooks earlier this year. I finally pulled one out and gave it a whirl!
Didn’t have beef chunks but, it turns out, hamburger meat worked fine too! Easy to prepare and adaptable to what I had in the cupboard. The recipe, however, did give me a good starting point to prepare a nice dinner that also served me well for lunch the next day.

Dear Bill,
I am so enjoying reading about your life in Charlottesville.
I cannot take credit for the Campbell Cookbooks. These books were some of Bob’s favorites.
It’s nice to be back in Lynchburg with M, J & J. Looking forward to seeing you and Mary Ann before I head home (July 26).
